I would never recommend this product. I wish it had a refund guarantee for dissatisfied customers; I would request my money back. I don't have bad teeth, but would like to see them a little whiter, this product did not work. Besides that, it gave me worse breath in the morning after brushing than my wake up morning breath. Don't waste your money!!!

The AM and PM have different flavors and it took sometime to get use to the different taste. It says to brush for two minutes and I don't have a brush with a timer so it's a little difficult, but as I've gotten use to the taste I can brush longer with no problem.

I've used GoSmile products for a few years now, but it's really only been their little teeth-whitening tubes (the ones that you pop and apply to your teeth). Those always gave me great results, but I found that I wasn't always great about applying them twice a day (as recommended) because it was such a hassle to add an additional step in the morning/night and have stuff on your teeth that foamed! The toothpastes have been a great alternative for me-- brushing my teeth is something I do twice a day anyway, and I have seen such great results from these two toothpastes! A must-buy for anyone looking to brighten their smile easily and hassle-free :)

This is the best kit I've ever used, and I constantly get complimented on how white my teeth are. Worth the price for once a year whitening, but I wouldn't pay [$] a year for it (the recommend twice a year).
