- Remove strip from pouch. Before using nose strips, twist strip to loosen and separate slits featured on nose strips only.
- After washing your face, thoroughly wet your nose or other face area (where you have clogged pores or blackheads). The strip won't stick if skin is dry.
- Dry hands. Peel strip off plastic liner. Apply to skin, smooth side down, pressing down to ensure good contact with skin.
- Let dry for about 10 - 15 minutes until stiff to the touch -- like papier-mache.
- Slowly and carefully peel off starting at edges, pulling toward center.
- For nose strip: use only on the nose.
- For face strip: avoid using around the eyes.
- Avoid using on acne blemishes or swollen, sunburned, excessively dry skin, or skin prone to spider veins.
- Consult physician before using on skin being treated with prescription acne medication.
- Avoid using on skin which is sensitive to bandages or peel-off face masks.
- Remove strip as directed promptly after it becomes stiff. If strip is difficult or painful to remove, wet strip thoroughly until it slides off easily. Forceful removal of the strip should be avoided and may cause skin abrasions. If this occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
- Do not use more often than once every three days on nose or same area of the face.
Face Strip Ingredients: Polyquaternium-37, Silica, Water, Glycerin, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract, PEG-12 Dimethicone, Titanium Dioxide, Stearyl Glycyrrhetinate, Butylene Glycol, Methylparaben.

I was skeptical about these since I have sensitive skin, but these are wonderful! I used them while I was in the shower (don't really recomend doing that, the one on my nose got a little soggy) but might I just say, EW! I was a little surprised just by how well they did work! The one on my chin was gross when I pulled it off.

I went back and forth on wanting to try these for weeks. I finally gave in and bought them... And I think I'm addicted. I've used these twice so far... 3 days apart. And will be using them for the third time tonight. They are very easy to apply (I use the nose one and facial one for my chin at the same time) and then 15 mins later, I peel them off (not as painful as I was expecting...) and then check out all the gunk and blackheads on the strip. Seriously, these things work!!

I use this every week on my nose and on my cheek for white and blackheads alike. I usually soak a cotton pad in water mixed with a teaspoon of baking soda and then lay it on my face for 5 minuted before applying the strips. This helps the strips adhere better to the skin and removes a lot more gunk than if you just use plain water.

This is the only way I can get rid of my black and white heads. Tried everything else, even home remedies and I get nothing. With scrubs and foams you can't really tell if it got it all. But when you see it on the strip, you can rest assure! Only thing is that you get way too little for this price. It can add up, especially if you use it 1-2x a week.

as long as you make sure the skin is very wet and wait enough time until it dries completely hard, it does a great job, however if you do not have time to wait for it to dry thoroughly don't waste your time

absolutely like these strips especially for the nose . the only reason i gave them 4 starts is because I heard some reviews in which people said that frequent use of these strips gave them large pores permanently. i get whiteheads like everyday, however i try to limit when i use these to twice a week at most as advised in the instructions .
