I wash my hair with shampoo then apply this at least once a week. Everything about this is amazing. It makes my hair so smooth and Silky I love it. It has repaired damages as well as given me some life. The bad part is that your hair is so hydrated. It can become oily after a few days.

I use this product as a leave in conditioner. It controls curls and makes them not so frizzy. Used with Redken Ringlet 7 or Curvaceous Ringlet Lotion.

I was told by my hair stylist that my hair was breaking from too much protein. There are not alot of products out there without protein. This is one supposedly. It did make my hair softer.
After 1 day it was dry and brittle again. Maybe I need more time or a leave in too.

A little goes a long way. I put just a little bit in after shampooing. I let it sit for a couple minutes. When i rinse it out I can already tell it has done its job. Once my hair is dry, that's when it really shows. My normally frizzy, hard to control hair is smooth and so much softer.
Recommend to anybody looking for a product like this.
Never disappointed by neutrogena.

I CONSTANTLY FIGHT DRY HAIR MAINLY BECAUSE OF PAST RELAXER DAMAGE. THIS PRODUCT REALLY HELPS. I ONLY WISH IT WAS THICKER THOUGH :)
