I normally don't write reviews, but I thought it might be helpful to do so with this product. After finishing my first bottle (which lasts 2 months) I have seen dramatic differences in my skin. I am a female in my 30's and have always struggled with with cystic acne. I never had several breakouts at once, but seemed to always get the bad cysts one after another. Taking this pill was the ONLY (I did this on purpose) difference I made to my skin care routine, so I can definitely say it worked for me!! I stopped using the product for about 1 month and my breakouts started to return. I just purchased a new bottle today and hope for it to start working again quickly!!

Like I said, I was skeptical at first. When I opened my first bottle it smelled like chocolate. The pills are large, but not too big to swallow comfortably.
While taking this supplement, I did notice a change in the color of my urine. This goes away after a week or so.
I am now on my 4th bottle and my skin looks great! It is true that you must do 2 months to see results, I began to notice changes half way through my second bottle.
Bottom line, this product works for me and I will happily stick with it.

These pills are an excellent way to clear the skin from the inside of your body. If you stick to the routine of two pills in the morning and two pills at night, you will see results. Of course, you also have to have common sense and eat a healthy diet, no greasy foods, etc.

These vitamins are expensive, folks. There are 120 to a bottle, but you are taking 4 a day (2 in morning 2 in evening) this is a 30 day supply. I have been using these vitamins for 6 weeks in conjunction with Murad anti-aging / anti-acne products. I have seen a considerable improvement in my skin with flare ups and break outs, but hasn't totally knocked out the hormonal acne I get each month. BUT THERE IS IMPROVEMENT. My energy level is WAY up and I found that I haven't gotten sick like I normally do this winter (cold and flu, normal stuff). Is it due to the vitamins? Not sure. But if you can afford it, you should give it a try for at least 6 weeks to see results.

I really like this product. I use it in-conjuction with the skincare line. I don't find they taste bad or have a bad smell like some suppliments. A bonus is they do not upset my stomach so I can take with or without food. I have noticed that my nails are growing faster. I like to think it is working. I get horrible cyst acne and I really think this has helped reduce the breakouts and cysts.

I used this product in the past, a few years ago, and it worked really well. But this time around, I had a really bad allergic reaction.

I may have developed new allergies over the last couple years because I didn't have this reaction before.

The reason why I stopped using them a while ago is because they're pricey! My skin started acting up again, so I figured this would be a good option -- not so much.

My entire back started getting red with splotches, and it was all itchy. It eventually trickled down to my arms. This was the only product that I had changed in my life, so I knew it was this. Bummer :(

I haven't been using this product long so I haven't started to see results yet. I was told by dermatologist that using a multivitatmin for acne could be beneficial for my skin. It is easy to take amd the vitamins do not seem to upset my stomach.

I can't express enough how very pleased I am with these vitamins. They really do clear your skin from acne from the inside, out. Makes sense. If what you eat has a direct effect on your body and skin, then taking these vitamins to improve your overall look of your face is a no-brainer. I never ever had acne as a teen (I am now 39y/o). At 31, pregnant with my 2nd child is when I started getting bad breakouts (face-t-zone, neck, chest, back), after having my baby I sought both Dermatology & OTC treatments. Dermatology treatment worked but I didn't like the way the prescribed medication made me feel, and the 5 step regimen was too much so I stopped it all. Then every month around my cycle, I would breakout, just like a teenager. I began to get facials, changed my eating habits, drink lots of water, do HIIT daily, this helped but it didn't clear my skin. I continued to research and came across these supplements. They have cleared my skin up completely (along with using Murad's "Adult Acne" Time Release Acne Cleanser and Pore & Line Minimizing hydrator). I will never ever stop using these vitamins as long as I have adult acne. My skin has really improved. The fine lines diminished, the brown spots quickly vanishing. Trust me, I was skeptical. How can something this inexpensive work over the expensive Dermatology regimen I was on? It's what your body needs, what it lacks. When your skin breakouts like this, it's trying to tell you something. It's letting you know what you have been doing, eating, is not working for you. You need to make a change. A healthy change. I did! Use it as directed. Use it for the complete 5 weeks to see changes. I am on my 2nd bottle and I am in shock at how my skin looks. I hope you get the same results. Oh and my skin tone is tawny (half filipino half native american)so when I break out, even if I don't touch the acne, it will still leave a mark. A little 10% glycolic acid (AHA) works for this.
