The product seems to work if you catch the pimple before it comes to a head. I also need to make sure to use it just as a spot treatment as it seems to dry out my skin. The active ingredient is sulfur, and you will be followed by the smell all day. Due to the smell I am just using it as an overnight treatment.

I tried this after receiving a free Murad sample. It works pretty good and fast! It burns slightly when you put it on. The smell is strong, but it goes away pretty quick too. However, my skin is sensitive and it dries it out a bit much if I use it too often.

I got a free sample of this with a purchase that I'd made. It was a decent sized tube, that I was able to get 10-12 uses out of. Towards the end I stopped trying to convince myself that maybe it would work "this time" and just threw it away.
