Growing up around horses I have spent my life in boots. I've also owned a lot of pumice stones in an ongoing effort to keep my feet soft. I threw away all those others heel products (exfoliating stone files, steel files,etc.) and use this daily to keep my heels looking great! Easy to use and easy to clean. I just use an old toothbrush and some hot running water to scrub the dead skin off of the lava rock.
