I will return it to the store. I have hard-to-curl lashes that don't stay curled for very long. Side by side comparison of my usual curler with this heated curler and there was absolutely no difference other than three times the price.

This product is great! It warms up quickly and works wonders for super long lashes or lashes that are hard to curl. My lashes are super long and I use a regular lash curler, put mascara on and then use the heated lash curler to make sure my lashes are curled rather than bent and they stay curled all day with this product.

It works great with my short and sparse Asian lashes. I just wish that it didn't go through batteries so quickly. It's also hard to clean. Other than those two issues, I don't have any problems with it.

This lash curler does a great job on hard-to-curl lashes. I have not had to curl after using mascara, as it does the job well enough to have the curl stay put after applying mascara. It does drain batteries, like other users have mentioned. You can solve this problem by removing the battery every time after you use it. You just need to remember to put it back in again when you need to use it next time. I definite recommend this if you have hard to curl lashes!

Before this product I used to take a hair dryer to my plastic eyelash curler. I had to purchase a plastic curler without the sides because of the shape of my eyes. Since I purchased this item I can achieve the beautiful curled lashes without all of the hassel. Great product! Recommended for anyone with hard to curl eyelashes!

If you have the time everyday, this is a great tool. Normal eyelash curlers don't work well with my Asian eyelids/lashes, so I thought I would give this a try. I use it on weekends; you still need about a few minutes per eye and it seems to straighten it enough so my lashes aren't curling downward - and it opens up my eyes. It's a fun tool and when I have the time, I really like using it. It really helps the inner corner areas a regular eyelash curler usually can't get to, especially if you don't have terribly long lashes. Nice size for traveling. And it came with the battery.

This product is terrific. I shy away from traditional eyelash curlers because I think sometimes they can pull lashes off. But the heated eyelash curler does not do that, it's easy to use, and gets a more dramatic effect (I have shorter, fine eyelashes and with mascara, and this product, I get a wonderful result.) The key is to apply mascara first (I use a high-end brand), allow it to dry, and then apply the heated eyelash curler. Love it!!
