The best thing is that it seems to keep me from picking at my nails so much. When it's fresh it gives my naiils a nice glossy look. It doesn't seem to be doing much to strengthen my nails though.

This stuff is fantastic! My nails have had artificial nails on them for years, and I have just stopped, so my nails that are growing out are weak and brittle. I have used this product for 2 weeks now, and even though I tend to bite my nails and cuticles, the nails are starting to grow out faster and stronger.
