The first time I used this eye lash curler I was crestfallen - the space where you put your lashes between is very small so it's hard to wrangle your lashes in there, and the curve of the curler is so extreme when I get close to the lashline the corners jabbed into my eye socket. The newness of the pad was very stiff so there wasn't any "give" to actually curl the lashes, so it really didn't do anything but make them look squashed.
I was going to give up on the product, BUT I spent about a minute really squeezing the handles together to break down the resistance on the pad and create that groove that allows the lashes to bend around and curl, and now it works better than my old curler. I have really long lashes and after I manage to get them inside the rather small opening, they curl quite dramatically and nicely without crimping. I'm glad I stuck with the curler, it really won me over with once I got the hang of it.

As mentioned above, the two finger handles are too small for me altho I can use it. it should be a little bigger so people with large joints from arthritis issues can easily slip in.

Found the rubber grips to be too small and uncomfortable. Shouldn't be that way when you're dealing with your precious eyelashes - pick another brand.

The eyelash curler doesn't work well, to begin with, and the pads where you put your fingers through are ridged, making it uncomfortable to use to boot. Spend a little more and try a different brand.

This is my favorite lash curler. I really wish it had refil pads (I haven't found any), I have been replacing the entire curler (yes, I love it that much)because of that.

This eyelash curler is ok if you need to recurl lashes otherwise I wouldn't recommend for everyday use if you have straight lashes. It's reasonably priced but more hassle than anything.

I do not see much difference before and after using this lash curler. I am not impressed and would not purchase again.
