I go out on long runs that are sometimes mid-day in the hot sun. I've been applying this sunscreen and it really does the job! One day I ran for 6 miles and then went directly to a rugby game and the only parts that got burnt were the ones where I didn't spray, like the backs of my knees.

This is not a bad sunscreen, but it doesn't deliver on the promise to be cooling. It felt just like any other spray sunscreen, so don't buy it for that. It did apply well, but felt a bit like a second skin. The smell was not favorable (to me). It smelled clinical. It did work as an effective and water-resistant sunscreen. I did not need to reapply after 2 hours of swimming.

This is the easiest sunscreen I've ever used. This was my first spray-on sunscreen and I will never go back to regular run-in sunscreen. I'm in love with the product. I live in Texas so the weather is very hot so I use this daily.
