The pencil twists up into the cap when carrying in my purse. When I take the cap off, the tip sometimes breaks off. If that happens, it hurts and pulls on the lip when applying. Other times the pencil will twist way down into the case. At least then the tip doesn't break off.

I use this all over my lips and then put a shinier lipcolor on top. It has a nice pink-ish color without being screaming hot pink. It formed a very good barrier -- I have a problem with feathering and this prevents feathering. Excellent product. Will purchase again.

thought I could get department store quality product but did not. dried out, actually searched for twist up lip pencil and it is so old it fell out of the tube when I turned it upside down. I will never buy from cosmetic counter at store again. Price was too high also.
