I have used this pencil for the last couple of years and loved it. I used it up and bought another one just like it but it kept breaking off in little pieces and I had to return it. I think it was old.

This is the second eye pencil that I have purchased and I believe it is defective. I only used it once and as I tried to twist it to raise the pencil, nothing happened. I am not happy about this at all and plan to return it.
