Sometimes when I do my nails I have to do some heavy duty filing due to breakage and unevenness caused by constant use of my hands at work. I find that a lot of nail filers are so dull and it takes FOREVER to get my nails to the right shape. I love these rough files. They are awesome for getting the job done. My mom is the same way. Initially I had bought this for her, but noticed that there were two in the package, so I kept one for myself!
