I began using Paris in the 80s. The stores in my area discontinued carrying it about two years ago. I think I was the only customer buying it. I finally ordered a large bottle from a fragrance company via internet only to have the fragrance appear to be bogus. It was not the original I had been wearing for years. I contacted them but there was nothing I could do to rectify the situation. I hope that this order offers me the fragrance I have been wearing all these years. It is MY signature fragrance. The one I have now is NOT it.

I wore Paris a very long time ago, and remember loving it. But as time passed and so many other perfumes emerged I moved on and left this one behind. I ordered it again after many years, and found that the scent has completely changed. The original box and bottle cap were both red, and now they are a dark pink. The scent is nowhere near the same. I can't say it's a bad product if you're buying it for the first time, but it's not my taste and if you're ordering it based on a memory of what it used to smell like you will be very disappointed. I returned it to my local Ulta store and exchanged it for something else.

This is the only fragrance I use, and I have received compliments on it. I especially like the fact that it is not overpowering. I used to wear Rive Gauche by Yves Saint Laurent, but that fragrance has been discontinued, so I have been told. This fragrance is very similar to Rive Gauche.

My parents brought this fragrance home from Nice, France originally for my sister way back in the late '70's. I ended up stealing it from my sister and it has been the only fragrance I have used. I get so many compliments on how I smell it is sometimes embarrassing!
