Rub it in to your cuticles to soften them. It will dry your nail polish, too.

I use this product at least 3 or 4 times a day. It has made a pretty significant difference in the sides of my nails. It smells nice, absorbs quickly (sometimes I don't even rub it in, I just slap it on and go), softens the skin and feels lovely. It was a bit pricy, but I'll buy it again.
