I am a male, been using Buf product since its introduction, and if I remember correctly, about 1980. As a teen, I had acne. In combination with the Buf soap and Buf puf I was able to clean my skin of bacteria effectively. Reducing new acne and long term use helped disappear scaring.

I use to buy this at the drug store and they discontinued it. I found it a Ulta a couple of weeks later !!!! I WAS SO HAPPY

my mom started me on the buff puff sponges and even though the package is different and they have a range of textures (sensitive, dry, etc) i stick to the regular. i have tried other brands who are not as durable as these and not too harsh on the skin. i like to use dry with a cleansing oil to slough dead skin or wet with a cream cleanser to exfoliate

a little abrasive maybe the smooth would have been better, but i still like it more than any expensive clarisonic
