Comments about Palladio Oil Absorbing Rice Paper Tissues with Rice Powder:
This is a great product. It was recommended by Michelle Phan. I did notice that if I apply a sheet immediately after putting on foundation, that it takes off the foundation and cakes a little afterwards.
It is best used in the middle of the day while your oily, not as a powder/matifier immediately after applying makeup.
