I've been looking all around for combs like this and finally found them at Ulta. They hold my (fine but thick) hair back, and I don't have to mess w/them during the day. So happy to have them in my life again! :)

These combs were inexpensive and so comfortable I went to bed before I realized they were still in my hair!

Best Uses
The combs are well-made and sturdy. The teeth are designed to hold both extra thick or very fine hair. Using a handy-dandy glue gun, you can easily adorn the top of the combs with crystals, beads, velvet, etc. The color is a very deep brown so with the right adornments, it could pass as black. I plan to buy several more and add design elements to go with different outfits and/or occasions.

If these combs were a little wider, thet would be perfect. I use them to pull my hair away from my face (on those days I don't want a full updo) for a modern take on the 1940's half updo. I need to use bobby pins to secure the hair the combs are not wide enough to hold.

The small prongs bend and tangle in your hair, so I broke them off and the comb would not stay in my hair. Useless......
