My son is on his high school swim team and swims 6 days a week. This is the only shampoo that gets all the chlorine out and leaves his hair soft.

I am in the pool 3 times a week and this shampoo has kept my already dry hair from completely drying out or getting sticky and "gummy". Although I sometimes notice a slight chlorine smell if I use conditioner it goes away and all I smell is the conditioner.

Being in the pool 3 days a week was definitely drying out my 65 year old hair and nails. Chlorine is harsh. This shampoo brought the moisture, shine etc back to my light brown very curly hair
