This product is great! I use it daily in the shower on my back to exfoliate the skin. When I had used a washcloth I found that at the end of the day when I would have an itch on my back and scratch it that I would find dead skin and oil/dirt under my fingernails. Now that I use a washcloth with soap, rinse, and then use the back massager with no soap I am seeing great results. My back is less itchy and the skin on my back feels more clean. I do not use soap with the massager because I don't want a soapy build-up on the massager.
