Comments about L'Oréal True Match Super Blendable Makeup:

Good coverage and stays on for a whole day. Still comes off when you wipe your face though, so be careful. Overall, it is a good product. However, when applied it causes my eyes to turn red and tear up.

Comments about L'Oréal True Match Super Blendable Makeup:

I bought this along with the Lumi Foundation, just because the shade C2 in this and the Lumi was unavailable. I bought C3 in the Lumi and N2 in this.
They appear very different in the tubes and initially putting them on(tried on two different sides of my face), but I'm pretty sure that this foundation oxidized as I could no longer tell the difference between them after about 15 minutes.

Firstly, I own a Mac NW13(Studio Waterweight) and this in N2 is almost the same color, though, this is actually a pink shade while NW13 is more of a neutral, at least comparatively.
So, if you can't find C2 or if NW13 is too yellow/neutral still, I would recommend giving this a try as long as you don't have dry/sensitive skin.

My skin is easily irritated and dried out, and after I used this twice it caused my skin to develop dry, itchy patches and hives. It's been a few days without using it, and they're still there, so unfortunately this stuff is a no-go for me.

It does offer a medium to full coverage, but I would recommend only using little amounts at a time as it can get cakey pretty easily. I would also recommend using a primer, as this stuff ended up looking cakey, especially around the corners of my nose. It even sunk into my extremely small pores and made them look large, so for me, I looked worse after putting the foundation on, which kind of defeats the purpose.

I haven't had a chance to try applying with a sponge, but due to the irritation that it caused my skin, I don't think I'm going to try.

Would really only recommend this to those who don't have sensitive skin and are on a pretty tight budget/don't want to splurge, as it is a much more reasonable price than some foundations out there. Other than that, I much prefer Tarte amazonian clay foundations, BB creams(Maybelline,NYX,misc), Mac, and the L'oreal Lumi. They've all been a lot gentler on my skin.

Comments about L'Oréal True Match Super Blendable Makeup:

If you're like me and have a super light beyond belief complexion, in order to use this and it truly match, you may also want to invest in a very light (or white) foundation and mix it with this foundation to achieve the correct color for your skintone.

    Warm tones aren't warm enough

    By woc12

Comments about L'Oréal True Match Super Blendable Makeup:

For a drugstore brand, there's a pretty vast number of shades but unfortunately most of the shades in the warm line are wayyy too peachy, bordering on pink. Won't work for me as a women of color who needs an actual yellow or olive undertone foundation. Pretty ridiculous that with this many shades none of them work for me. Back to my high end foundation it is...

I use this product underneath my powder foundation. But what's bad about this product is that it doesn't blend well at the hairline so at your hairline it looks like you don't know how to blend your makeup.

      Best color match ever!

      Best Uses

      • Normal Skin

Comments about L'Oréal True Match Super Blendable Makeup:

I have dry to normal skin, light w/ yellow undertones. What I look for in a foundation is sheer to medium coverage as I have fairly decent skin, lightweight feel, and fairly good for skin. I have tried many different brands and formulas over the years, including high-end ones around the $50 mark, and I have to say this is one of the better foundations out there! It hits pretty much all my marks. It is light to medium coverage, so anyone needing more coverage than that might be unsatisfied, but for my purposes it's pretty perfect. This evens out my skintone and covers up redness in my cheeks which is all I need it to do, without feeling heavy/cakey. The SPF is low but I always use my own sunscreen underneath anyway. I'm not sure how much of an effect the vitamins and extracts in the formula has but anything that claims to be better for your skin is definitely a plus for me. The absolute best part - the color selection! I have almost always used high end foundations, not because I'm a brand snob but just because most drugstore foundations in lighter shades tend to lean too pink for me as an Asian American with fairly yellow undertones. I LOVE that L'Oreal breaks up the colors into warm, cool, and neutrals - I wish ALL foundations including high end foundations would do this. It makes it so much easier to choose a shade. I'm about an NC20-25 and I chose W3 for the summer and it is the BEST color match I've ever gotten in any foundation ever! I plan to use W2 in the winter when my tan fades. I only wish this came with a pump especially because so many comparable drugstore foundations have one. Most pumps do fit this bottle though (I'm re-using one that came with a different foundation). Also, this foundation does make any peach fuzz on your face more visible, so I apply it with a brush in a downward motion, and moisturize the dry spots around my nose well to avoid any visible cakiness.
Overall, for the price, this can't be beat, especially if you get it on sale!
