Comments about L'Oréal True Match Naturale Powdered Mineral Foundation SPF 19:

I use liquid foundation (also True Match) underneath this powder. I have a lot of redness on my skin (nose and chin, in particular) from acne. This is the best coverage I've found in terms of a powder foundation. I have an extremely oily t-zone (I'm shiny 15 minutes after I wash my face, and get oily typically within 30 minutes of putting makeup on). With this powder, I can go 4-5 hours without having to re-powder my face. That may not seem too long for many people, but this is AMAZING for me. It covers up my acne better than any powder I've used. The packaging isn't great; it's relatively easy to get powder everywhere, but that's a minor flaw. It does get a little cakey if you accidentally get too much on your brush, but you quickly learn how to get the best use of the brush. The True Match line is seriously the best match I've had to my skin tone. I'm going to keep using this for as long as I can!

Comments about L'Oréal True Match Naturale Powdered Mineral Foundation SPF 19:

It took me a second try to get my perfect tone for this, but considering the great price I don't mind. You can find charts online that will show the product numbers (not sure why Ulta does not include them on the site) and they are along the lines of W1, N1, C1, etc, standing for Warm, Neutral, or Cool. So if you know your undertones it is SUPER helpful. The first time I bought this product I used Buff Beige (N4) and it was way too orange on me. I ended up needing to cake it on just to feel like it was even everywhere to disguise the fact that it was totally not right for my skin tone. I just switched over to Nude Beige (W3) and it is perfect for me. So happy I finally have a foundation that is lightweight for the days I don't want cakey liquid. It has been ages since I have felt like I could go out without being paranoid that my tone was totally off. I also have very oily and acne-prone skin and this does NOT leave my skin irritated or oily. My only complaint is that the container is a bit messy and the brush is very bad. Spend a few bucks on a nice foundation brush and you will be way better off.

I use fairly light in Bare Minerals and purchased Natural Ivory in the Loreal. I put one on each side of my face and could not tell a difference!! The Loreal also wore all day like the Bare Minerals. I will be switching and saving some money! It has a nice buildable coverage, I am 44 with combo skin and find this to work well.

Comments about L'Oréal True Match Naturale Powdered Mineral Foundation SPF 19:

This product has proved very versatile for me as I will wear it over top of foundation or all by itself. The coverage helps to tone down any blush/contour/highlight in order to blend it all into cohesion. Even without concealer, it does a respectable job of blurring blemishes. I have also had good success in using it over top of troublesome foundations; I have run into the issue of certain formulas looking like soap scum on my skin after only a few hours of wear, but this helps to hold it in place.

One of the few foundations that actually matches my olive skin. The only con is it doesn't seem to last as long as my liquid foundations. To combat this I started using a setting spray and it lasts me all day.
