Comments about L'Oréal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm:

My hair was bleach twice in a day by my stylist error, left my hair so thin incredible thin that I had to chopped 14 inches of it, left with short hair and still damage... I used this product as instructed on my third wash it was looking healthier and shinier, my hair has grown 6 inches in 5 months... I love it so much, that I recommend to my friends and they love it too...

My hair is very dry and very brittle, including curly/wavy! But when I use this product IT WORKS WONDERS!! I will continue to buy this product again and again!!!

I was skeptic at first because I usually use only salon products such as matrix, redken, etc. I used this after lightening prelightened hair, it made the hair feel so soft & like it had never been colored before. Will be repurchasing !!

Comments about L'Oréal Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm:

My hair felt softer after using this than with the average drugstore conditioner, but it fell short of erasing any damage. I have long, fine, uncolored hair that has some signs of drying and damage at the ends and around the crown (frizzy flyaways), but this didn't help any of that. I've gone through almost the entire jar and have used it as a treatment a few times (applied to dry hair and left on for 20-30 min). The best it does is act like a slightly better conditioner. No lasting effects, must be used every wash for the same unimpressive results. But you get what you pay for, so no big loss.

Hi there! This product can be left in the hair as a mask for 20-30 minutes. But it cannot be used as a leave-in conditioner as it is too heavy and will make your hair greasy. Thank you.

I'm wondering if I can use this product on permed hair? My hair unfortunately has no body whatsoever unless I have it permed so I don't want to lose the perm too soon but I'd like a little extra conditioning as it seems a little dry and dull.

Hello! Yes, you can use this product on permed hair! To be extra safe you can also ask your stylist that permed your hair just in case she used other products on your hair during the process. It will be able to help you get rid of your dry and dull ends as well. We hope this information is helpful!

The Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm is a great deep conditioning and repair balm. Use this product in place of your regular conditioner. Depending on how much TLC the hair needs, use this product as needed. In the beginning the hair may need the extra care provided with this balm almost after every shampoo. With regular use, as the condition of the hair improves, this product is most typically used once a week or once every other week

All of our shampoos, conditioners and treatments can be safely used on color treated hair. In fact, the Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm is very similar to the after color conditioner included with our hair color kits.

The Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm can be used following every shampoo if your needs the extra TLC. Don't be surprised though, to find that as the weeks go by, you need to use the Total Repair 5 Damage-Erasing Balm less frequently.
