The Body Shop difference: Tea Tree Oil can be used in many different ways to help soothe blemished skin. Dab pre-blended oil directly onto skin at first sign of a blemish. Apply a small amount directly onto blemishes using a clean cotton wool bud or your fingertip. For bathing, add six drops into the bath once it has run, and disperse with your hand, for an aromatic and soothing soak.

Just dab some tea tree oil on your pimple(s) on clean skin. Apply in the morning and evening. It is best to clean your face first with a Mia Clarisonic then apply the tea tree oil. It won't dry out your skin. Great product! Been using it for years!

Comments about The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil:

This is my first attempt at using Tea Tree oil as a spot treatment for acne, as I would consider myself a bit of a skeptic. Traditional salicylic acid treatments never really worked for me, and Benzoyl Peroxide caused too much bleaching of towels and irritation. I'm finally on an acne regimen that has everything under control, with a rare acne spot here or there (Neutrogena Gentle Deep Clean Wash in the morning, light moisturizer if needed, wash again in evening, use Curology prescription all over my face, let dry). After my Curology medication has fully dried, I'll use the Tea Tree oil on a cotton ball on my occasional acne spots or white heads, and I actually have seen a noticeable reduction in redness on existing spots, and it makes new whiteheads disappear usually overnight.

I'm honestly very surprised this works, and the smell is nice too. The little dropper bottle is cute and convenient for travel also. Adding this to my regimen!
