Comments about Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Booster:

I mix two drops in with my regular night time moisturizer and apply it right before bed and it works great. My skin is dry and oily so it's really challenging finding something that moisturizers but doesn't leave me oily and this works great. I was a little hesitate due to the cost but this is definitely worth it.

Comments about Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Booster:

I tried to love this booster but found that even when used in the smallest amount, it did not absorb into the skin. Instead, it dried on the surface and when I cleanse my face the water activates it once again. It's more like a quick drying surface glue. I've never, ever returned a product, but this is going back. I also had two friends try it with the same results.

I started adding a drop to the daily moisturizer I use after washing my face in the morning and it works like a dream. No more dry patches that just won't go away or random oily blotches as the day wears on. Best of all, my skin is so much clearer since I started using this as well as softer.

Is this product good for acne prone oily skin? I am on an acne medication that is drying me out pretty bad. I would mix this into my dermalogica active moist moisturizer.

I have suffered from eczema my whole life and now as an adult I get flair ups around my eyes and although it is at bay right now I still experience a lot of dryness on my eye lids, I can't wear makeup around my eyes at all or it dries them out and irritates them and accentuates the dryness. This was recommended to me by an ulta associate but I'm still very skeptical about using it because eczema is so tricky and sensitive, is this product eczema friendly?

Thank you for your inquiry. With skin that reactive we recommend doing a patch test before applying all over. Skin Hydrating Booster is good for addressing dryness however, Barrier Repair may be a better choice specifically for your skin condition and location of your flare up.

Thank you for your inquiry. For your skin concerns Skin Hydrating Booster is a good choice. It is oil free and extremely hydrating. To add age fighting ingredients without adding weight or causing breakouts we recommend using MAP-15 vitamin C concentrate. This powder to liquid formula disappears in the skin and will not feel heavy or sticky on the skin. You can apply Skin Hydrating Booster over it and follow with moisturizer.
