Comments about John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder In Shower Lightening Treatment:

Bought for my 14 year old with dirty blonde hair. Winter has made her natural hair color look flat and brassy. This gave enough of a subtle lightening to bring back the shine and remove the brassiness. Note, after completing the treatment, we blew dry her hair and flat ironed it. I think the extra heat really helped the product's effectiveness ( ie Sun In).

    amazing

Comments about John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder In Shower Lightening Treatment:

my hair is naturally a level 7, by using this consistently with the go blonder spray in product over the past year I my hair has lifted, slowly, to a level 9/10 on the ends. i leave it on a little longer then the bottle says, and comb through. I also tone my hair with purple shampoo/ conditioner, because brassiness is always a thing with cheap lighteners. I used to bleach/ bleach bath and now I don't have to!

Comments about John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder In Shower Lightening Treatment:

I got this product on sale. It normally retails for about $10. My hair was dull and drab. I left this product on for about 6min. It applies like a shampoo. Rinse out and your left with a TAD bit of brighter blonde and some warmth. (Not the kind of warmth you need to tone though) I'm pretty pleased with the results. My hair was already a pale ash blonde, but I wanted a little more "oomph" of color. The only thing is the abrasive toll it could take, due to the peroxide. Next time I may try John's color glaze/gloss in blonde.

Not sure if I would use this product again. I don't see any difference in color but other people have ...it also really killed my hair so for the subtle change it wasn't worth it ../I'd rather just dye my hair

Comments about John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder In Shower Lightening Treatment:

I was a little skeptical about using this...but I had no worries in the process and it went very smoothly! The product lathers like a shampoo and is easy to distribute throughout the hair. I have thick hair that goes to the middle of my back and one tube was just enough. I would suggest cracking a window in the bathroom if you have one and turning the fan on because this product has an eye-watering ammonia smell. It goes away though after you rinse your hair. After leaving the product in for 5 minutes and then shampooing and conditioning, I couldn't really tell if it had lightened my hair. But once I blow-dried my hair, I could definitely tell. It was subtle, but it was there. This product is great for just brightening up blonde hair.

Comments about John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder In Shower Lightening Treatment:

I use this product every 4-6 weeks as a brightener for my shade of blonde hair. I only use about half of the tube because my hair is not long. I'm sure I leave the product on a little longer than 5 min. (maybe 10 at most). But I haven't noticed any damage to my hair. The scent is strong and seems to last a couple of days after use. It dissipates after 2 more regular washes.
