Comments about Too Faced Shadow Insurance Anti-Crease Eyeshadow Primer:

I would like to start off by mentioning that I am a VERY oily person. Eye shadows would typically disappear before the end of the day or smudge up in the crease of my eyelid before I found this product. I don't really remember how/why I started using it, BUT it has changed my life. I apply it before I put on my eyeshadow and it makes it last ALL DAY! When I remove the shadow at night, it still looks very fresh & not smudgy. I will ALWAYS use this product as long as they make it. I have tried other brands, but none that I like more than this one. I would highly recommend trying this product.

Comments about Too Faced Shadow Insurance Anti-Crease Eyeshadow Primer:

I would never buy this product again. For years I have used the Too Faced Candlelight Shadow Primer and for some unknown reason, they discontinued it leaving only the original primer. This product is thin, watery and creased right away after I applied it. I have no idea why they would discontinue such an amazing product but I will be searching for a new brand of shadow primer and returning this one.

Each time I used this primer, my eyeliner pens(stila, bare minerals, etc...) seem to be dried up/clogged when i go to touch up my liner. The last time, the eyeliner pen was only a few days old and was working perfectly before using the primer, and then was like a dried up marker! I will definitely be contacting someone.

This product does not last 24 hours by any means but it should make your eye makeup last most of your work shift unless you're sweating or getting water on your face. It's better than not using any primer at all.
