Comments about Rimmel London ScandalEyes Thick and Thin Liner:

Hard to apply... The color goes on poorly and uneven. Within a few hours, my eyes had that smudgy, "I slept with my makeup on" look. I live in the south and summer hasn't even arrived yet. It was a waste of time and money for me.

Comments about Rimmel London ScandalEyes Thick and Thin Liner:

This was a waste of money. Does anyone test these products before mass producing them to stores all over the country? Like it's almost impossible to apply and comes out terribly (as if applying liquid eyeliner wasn't hard enough) and not enough color comes out. Avoid.

Comments about Rimmel London ScandalEyes Thick and Thin Liner:

This product is really really bad lol, it's like trying to put watercolor on your upper eyes. I like the idea of a thick and thin line and the angled tip, but the color is horrible and looks really patchy on the eye. Difficult to apply because you have to press really hard to get any decent color, and that never feels right haha. Do yourself a favor and go buy another eyeliner. Honestly anything besides this.

This liner did not apply very well. I attempted to apply the liner over and over again with no success. It was very similar to trying to write with a marker in wet paper. Get concept not the best result.

I did not like it at all. It's uncomfortable to put on, and it went on so thin that I had to layer it and layer it so that it would actually look black.

Comments about Rimmel London ScandalEyes Thick and Thin Liner:

I tried the liner a few different ways. First, I tried a thin (close to the lashline, no wing, super bland) and it actually looked really good. Most liners that have this consistency, look unnatural, and my goal for this look was just to make my eyelashes look thicker. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

Second, I tried a short and thick wing. Nothing too dramatic though. Liner was perfect!

Third, I went for a very thin and elongated cat eye. This was a bit more of a struggle to keep even. If you don't hold the liner with the same grip, your lines look different on each eye. But nonetheless, it still looked decent after adjusting a few times. Not my favorite way to wear it, but I'm sure someone could pull it off better than me!
