Comments about Pacifica Salty Waves Texturizing Shampoo:

I love Pacifica products but this one can use improvements. I am providing this info for feedback. The shampoo wateryness is tolerable and it lathers okay. The product dried out my hair horrible. I use DesertbEssence, which is cheaper but more high quality and it doesn't do what this product did with drying. Also, Pacifica, you can do better with the scent. I absolutely love banana and have smelled very lush amazing smelling banana, but this smelled like cheap artificial banana flavoring they use for bad snow cones. Sorry, but I know you guys can improve. The conditioner is not very effective either. Banana Love conditioner works better but needs a tad more for full effective conditioning for true deep conditioning. Scent can be more luscious too.
I would buy product again, only with major improvements.

Comments about Pacifica Salty Waves Texturizing Shampoo:

I couldn't wait to try this shampoo, based on the scent. I was shocked that it was like water coming out. I had to return it. In the store, the salesperson and I shook the tubes on the shelf. They all sounded like water...not the right consistency for shampoo at all. Sad!

Comments about Pacifica Salty Waves Texturizing Shampoo:

First, I'm a sucker for packaging. The shampoo and it's coordinating conditioner are so pretty! I love the scent of bananas, so that's what prompted me to buy this in the first place. The shampoo is a very thin, almost watery consistency, but it seems very concentrated in formula. It give a good lather, and leaves your hair feeling light and looking shiny. I have shoulder length hair, and after using the regular conditioner, I have to be especially gentle combing it out because it doesn't leave your hair coated with residue--which is why it's defined as a texturizing shampoo. I bought the regular conditioner and the deep conditioner as well, and I'm very happy with my purchase of them. This product delivers what it's designed for. If you're looking for a super hydrating and smoothing shampoo, this isn't for you. I gave it four stars because I don't think the shampoo smells as good as the conditioners do.

Comments about Pacifica Salty Waves Texturizing Shampoo:

My new favorite shampoo. The only con is that it's consistency is water. But about a quarter size drop of product can cover my think hair that is past my shoulders. It lathers extremely well. And is deep cleaning I barely had to scrub for it to lather. It's not harsh which I love because I have to wash my hair every other day
