Ask a Question
Resurgence Hydrating Toner is a lightweight mist that rehydrates and refreshes skin while restoring skin's natural pH balance and neutralizing surface impurities. Peach and cucumber extracts soothe and minimize skin irritation.

Hydrating Toner is recommended as a Step 1 cleanser/toner in any Murad Resurgence regimen. Hydrating Toner restores pH balance and neutralizes surface impurities as part of Dr. Murad's inclusive health system of care.

Dermatologist developed. Tested on people, not animals. Formulated without parabens, sulfates, and phthalates.

Comments about Murad Resurgence Hydrating Toner:

This toner is light and takes seconds to dry before you begin your next skin care step. My skin is EXTREMELY sensitive...I suffer from periodic cystic acne, eczema, rosacea, and general sensitivities. I have no problems with this product. It's light and it smells great. Plus, the spray bottle is the perfect way to dispense it. When I get to the last little bit, I take off the lid, put a cotton swab up to the lid and utilize the last little bit of it .

Comments about Murad Resurgence Hydrating Toner:

I originally purchased this to combat dry skin caused by acne medications. My skin was seriously flaking off, and this completely saved my skin! I stopped using it for a couple of days because I ran out and I didn't want to spend the money on a new one, and my skin looked terrible--dry, flaky, irritated. I immediately ordered one again and have never looked back. This is a staple in my skin care routine for sure.

Comments about Murad Resurgence Hydrating Toner:

I'm honestly not sure if it's doing anything to my skin but I love misting this stuff all over my face after washing. Regarding the smell... it doesn't smell like roses but it doesn't smell bad, either. Think of it this way: do you want to blast your face with perfumes? Me either. I'm addicted and I'll be buying more. My acne-prone, sensitive, combination skin has been behaving with it.

Did not see the need , or understand why people loved this! Purchased it as a part of the whole Murad program after using the cleanser, day & night cream for 4 months & seeing quite an improvement in my aging skin. I am 60 years old & have been using the Resurgence line.
I look forward to using this each morning & evening due to the fragrance ...takes only a breif moment for a simple pleasure that benefits for skin :)

                      • Brand Expert

                        A:

Most of Murad products fall into a 3 step category. Step 1 products either cleanse the skin or they tone the skin. Hydrating Toner only tones the skin.

You can use Hydrating Toner multiple times during the day. If using when you first wake up or before you go to bed at night, then yes, you would cleanse the skin and then spritz on Hydrating Toner followed by a serum/step 2 and then your moisturizer. Use it after you apply makeup as a setting spray. You can also carry this with you and spray on throughout the day to refresh your skin.

Here's a favorite in-house trick: we like it to keep it in the fridge when it's hot out to cool and re-hydrate.
