Comments about Dermalogica Redness Relief Primer SPF 20:

I apply this primer, then apply milk of magnesia. I use a dry cotton ball to wipe off the dried mask. Finally, depending on the look I am going for, I apply powder or liquid foundation. I have the type of skin which can look oily in 30 minutes. This method helps conceal breakouts and the skin will look less oily for hours. I would recommend using blotting sheets, when needed.

Bought this for my daughter who has a dermatitis around her nose that causes redness. The consultant chose this for us and let me say it's amazing!! When applied you cannot see the redness at all and the ultimate test is through cheer practice it stays on and still looks just as good. Definitely would recommend!!!

For the price of this product I was very disappointed on how bad it was. When I applied it to a spot with redness, it just faded off instantly as if i never put it on. It's too runny and it does not have enough coverage. Seriously for the price and how ineffective it is, just buy a cheaper product it will probably work better and save you money.

Thank you for your inquiry. Redness Relief Primer SPF20 has mattifying qualities and is OK to use on oily skin with enlarged pores. If your main concern is reducing pore size and addressing oil production we recommend using Clearing Mattifier which is meant to address these issues specifically.

We do not use the term "hypoallergenic" on our products because we feel that the term is misleading. Anyone can become sensitized to any ingredient. Our products do not contain perfumes or dyes that can cause irritation on the skin. All of our Ultra Calming products are formulated to calm and sooth the skin and is tolerated by even the most sensitive skin types. If you have delicate reactive skin this product will be good for your skin.
