My sister bought this for me. I followed the directions and read them several times. There was very little directions as well and they were very confusing. How to make right and but curls had the same explanation. I put them in and they pulled my hair so right I had a headache. I blow dried them for almost 45 min.i let it sit for over an hour. After the time all the curlers almost fell out. When I took them out only one curl held and it was tight while I wanted loose and beachy. I ended up just curling them with a hot curler.

I loved them when my hair was super long. Since I cut my hair (shorter than shoulders) it's hard to keep them in. I still like them though!

    Pros

    • Actual rods fall apart
    • Didnt stay in place at night
    • My hair didnt dry at all

    Best Uses

Comments about Hot Tools Professional Long Spongy Rod Rollers:

I would much rather curl my hair with heat amd damage my hair than use these. Some days my hair came out decent. Not great, but decent. Others, it was definately a messy bun kind of day. I use many different techniques but results aren't consistent.

I thought they would hold tighter and work extremely well... Perhaps because this was my first time using them, i didnt use them right. I'm not sure.

        A:

These rollers were designed to accommodate hair of all lengths! Drying time is dependent on the thickness of your hair and by how tightly you wrap the rollers.
