Comments about Hot Tools Processing Cap:

I used it to deep condition my hair. It stayed secure throughout the night, but just in case it did come loose I had a towel over my pillow. My hair was fully saturated and after my rinse my hair was soft and ready to style.

      I love these caps!!!!

      By Jaite0990

      Verified Buyer

      Pros

      • Do not snap at the elastic upon stretching
      • Fits snug enough for GHE under turban or wrap
      • Good for greenhouse effect
      • Heat stays in while conditioning
      • More sturdy the regular bags from beauty supply

      Cons

        Best Uses

        • Deep conditioning
        • Green house effect

Comments about Hot Tools Processing Cap:

I usually use these conditioning caps for deep conditioning and hot oil treatments. They can all be used for the greenhouse effect. They are thick enough not to be too loud when laying down or trying to sleep but they are not too snug on the head. If you have a lot of hair, it expands enough to get it all in there. For those will longer, thicker hair, a hair tie would work best to gather the hair before use.

            Inexpensive

            By HMoney

            from Baltimore, MD

            Pros

            • Inexpensive
            • Reusable

            Cons

            • Elastic breaks

            Best Uses

            • Hair color
            • Hair conditioning

Comments about Hot Tools Processing Cap:

These are great for coloring hair and for deep conditioning hair masks; you can wander off for a long while and not worry about getting hair product all over furniture and clothing. They are inexpensive, but can be rinsed and reused. The elastic at the hairline isn't super durable, so will break after a few uses if you aren't careful about stretching the cap over a big head (in my case: really long hair + 2" clips when coloring).

Before I found these, I had yet to find a shower cap that doesn't get my hair wet. This cap is excellent.
