Comments about Dermadoctor Physical Chemistry Facial Microdermabrasion + Multiacid Chemical Peel:

I was looking for something to help me even my skin tone following a sun vacation. I have been struggling with melasma since I go it through pregnancy a few years ago, which gets worst with sun exposure. This not only really reduces the look of my melasma, but also eliminated any discolouration due to acne and got rid of any little bump under the skin. It also got rid of black heads!
I noticed a difference from the first application and weekly use is needed to maintain the effects. Though it is pricey, you only use small doses so it should last a few months.
This is the best facial/ peel at home I have ever tried.

this is a great facial scrub. i love it! the instructions says to use on a dry face, but that is too harsh for me. i normally wet my face and then use the scrub. it does a perfect job scrubbing off dead skin and leaves skin feeling flawless. it is on the harsher side but i use light pressure.

For such a hefty price tag, I was hoping for a stronger exfoliation, one that would make me peel. I have tough, combination skin, so I would have to use this everyday to see results.

My 6 yr old daughter gets KP on her cheeks and chin. The KP scrub says not safe for face, would this be a better substitute?
Asked on 5/22/2017 by Natalie from NJ

                    1 answer

                    • Brand Expert

                      A:

Physical Chemistry is a good substitute to treat KP on the face. It contains several acids (glycolic, salicylic) along with a physical scrub particle. Since your daughter is so young you will want to check with your physician to make sure all of the ingredients are safe to use.

This scrub will help resurface the skin to make it silky smooth, but it needs to be used in combination with a vitamin C serum to help fade hyperpigmentation spots.

It is a 30ml (1 oz.) jar. If you are using about 2ml (0.07 oz.) per application, this would on average be 25- 30 treatments. We recommend using it 2x per week. The product expires 12 months from the date of first opening the jar.

                      12 month life after opening.
