Comments about Smashbox Photo Finish Color Correcting Foundation Primer - Adjust:

I've tried many different pigment primers for reddish blotchy skin. This is by far the best and worth the price. The tube lasts a long time since not as much is needed because of the smooth consistency of the product. Highly recommended!

Comments about Smashbox Photo Finish Color Correcting Foundation Primer - Adjust:

It doesn't cover up that well and makes skin blotchy. I put this primer on once side of my face and then my 10$ Ulta matte primer on the other side of my face and noticed that the ulta primer I was using anyway in the first place is way better and smoother. It barely made a difference and wayy over priced for what it can barely do. It wouldn't even last that long as well and you need to use a lot to get around the whole face

Didn't find that it covered the redness as well as a drug store product. The drug store product I've been using was more coverage for less than half the price. It did feel like butter going on. Very smooth.

Comments about Smashbox Photo Finish Color Correcting Foundation Primer - Adjust:

Meh. It's a decent primer but I saw no difference in the redness of my face and it also didn't appear to decrease fine lines. I bought this specifically to even out my skin tone as I'm pretty red due to having such fair skin and I didn't notice much of a difference. I probably wouldn't buy it again as I'm sure I can use a primer that does that same thing and is not as pricy. I'll possibly just switch to a decent green concelear and another primer after I use this bottle.

It goes on smooth, but I didn't notice a difference in toning down any redness. Also, as the day went on, it clumps with my makeup and it looks like my skin is dry and flaky.

                  • Q:

I have combo/oily skin in spring and summer and combo dry in late fall and winter. I have some melasma and some redness on my nose and upper cheekbones. I currently have a mini size of the color correct adjust primer and just saw that there is a apricot color correct primer as well. Which would be better suited for my issues? I like the adjust primer but not so sure it covers the slight redness on nose and cheeks. It does do better than most I have tried in the past. Thanks for any help you can provide.
