Peach Sake Pore Serum

1.5 oz Item 2305346

SKINFOOD's Peach Sake Pore Serum is a soft essence containing rice sake, peach extracts rich in vitamins A and C, and silica powder, which create a matte effect and minimize the appearance of pores.

Peaches contain significant vitamins, minerals, and other factors, which promote healthy skin. Peaches are rich in vitamin A and vitamin C, which are antioxidants that help reduce free radical damage and possess anti-aging benefits. Naturally occurring acid in the skin helps prevent acne and repair acne scars. The organic acid found in peaches can boost skin acid's rejuvenating effects. Finally, pectin, a type of fiber, is found in the skin of peaches and helps to tone and firm skin.

Sake, a wine made from rice, clears skin by facilitating blood circulation, while the alcohol also tightens pores and controls sebum production. Geishas, traditional artisans and performers in Japan, would add sake to bath water for softer, brighter skin. Following their fashion, sake spas offer luxurious sake baths and treatments. The fermentation process produces kojic acid, which has brightening effects on skin. The yeast used in the process also contains peptides, which are chains of amino acids that play a role in effective collagen production.
After emulsion, gently apply product to targeted areas in a circular motion. Pat until completely absorbed.

Comments about Skinfood Peach Sake Pore Serum:

I've used this for several weeks now and have noticed zero change in pore size. It is just too lightweight for my skin that get spots of lightly peeling dry areas. Does not moisturize and does not help any fine or deep wrinkles.

Comments about Skinfood Peach Sake Pore Serum:

I was very excited to try this product after reading all the good reviews, but I haven't noticed any change in my skin at all - and I have used it twice a day for two weeks now. My pores don't seem smaller at all (not even immediately after use) and my skin doesnt feel any different in any way except maybe being a little less oily but that could also be my new cleanser. The product comes out of the glass bottle easily even though some reviews said it didn't, and I have dropped it on a hard tile floor a few times and it didn't break. The cream feels cool and absorbs quickly and easily into my combination and unfortunately textured skin. It smells good and the smell goes away quickly (which I love) and I have had no negative effects on my skin from it. I just wish it made my pores less gaping....

Comments about Skinfood Peach Sake Pore Serum:

Please, if you have suffered from unforgiving skin like me, buy this product. It will change your life. I have always been super self-conscious about my acne. Therefore, I always covered it up with makeup (BM of course). Y'all.... I do not have any acne to cover up anymore! My skin has cleared up and is one tone. I cannot believe the transformation! Just so y'all know my skin care routine, here it is: tea tree oil on spots that I normally had trouble with (my cheeks and chin), Green Tea moisturizer (I plan to switch to the Peach Sake emulsion after I run out), and finally the Peach Sake Pore Serum!!! And don't forget the sunscreen (in the mornings, I don't use the tea tree oil but add the sunscreen in stick form after everything).

I have sensitive combination skin that is easily prone to breaking out and having reactions to certain skin products. I had been searching for a great night and daytime moisturizer and decided to try out this line. It has helped my skin so much! I use it before bed and in the AM under my makeup, and it makes my skin feel fresh and soft. It has helped keep my redness under control as well. I use this and the peach emulsion every day and couldn't go without!

Love Skin Food!!! This product wasn't quite what I was expecting from a serum but I still like it. It would be great on oily skin as it feels very matte once applied.

Got this because my face is super oily with huge pores and I wanted to try and find a more permanent solution. Not only does this stuff smell amazing but it has greatly reduced the size of my pores and helped with oil control. Let it be known that my skin still gets oily over the day but it's a healthy, natural amount that just leaves my skin looking refreshed.

Comments about Skinfood Peach Sake Pore Serum:

after all the fantastic reviews I purchased all 3 products. At first they are great. My skin was soft and I loved the smell. And matte at first. But unfortunately by mid day I was an oil slick that was a lot worse than normal. I tried for several days and every day was the same.
So fail on keeping my oil in check but gave 3 stars because I have not broken out like a lot of products make me do. overall they would be great if they didn't make my skin more oily
