Amazing . dupe for estee lauder double wear

Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

It is an amazing matte foundation. I do recommend using a brush because it does set pretty quick, so it is patchy with a sponge because of that reason. But i don't mind working with a brush. It keeps me completely matte through the day. For the people that can't find their right shade due to soap and glory only having 4 or 5 shades... Nyx has a foundation mixer. For the way it works.. it's worth it! plus you can use a coupon:)

Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

I'm not sure what the bad reviews on this product are about. I tested it in store and it seemed really thin and I wasn't sure how I was going to like it but I absolutely love soap and glory products and use the face wash, creams, lotions and body lotions, so I thought I would give it a shot. I also am a huge Casey Holmes fan and she raves about this foundation on her channel. I have dry/normal skin and I LOVE this foundation. I didn't think I could find a matte that wouldn't dry me out but this one is my new holy grail! And also for being such a thin non cakey consistency, it covered my skin so well. It's a great full coverage light weight foundation. I was very pleasantly surprised and will repurchase! Thanks soap and glory, all your products are amazing and adorable packaging!

Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

I really wanted to like this because it was a nice matte finish, but it just did not work for me. The coloring was a little too yellow for me, and it was not full coverage at all! After having it on for 2 minutes, my face began to itch very bad! I had to wipe it off and wash my face. I took a Benadryl as a precaution, but still had some bumps for a couple days.

Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

I'm one that tries to stay away from the real expensive makeup, so I thought I would try this product because it had a lower price for Ulta. It felt really heavy on my skin even though the product consistency is very light. It also made me kinda orange. But I'm obsessed with Smashbox so everything pales in comparison.

Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

This product dries very fast so it was hard to get it to blend evenly without taking some of the product off in the process. At first it looks horrible and cakey, but throughout the day it started to look more natural and actually kept my face pretty matte. I purchased the color "Fair Enough" and it has an orangy tint to it that I didn't like. Overall I would not recommend this product because it is poor quality for a higher price than I would like.

I had yet to find a foundation that I could count on for my skin, but after trying the soap and glory facial moisturizer and loving it, I decided to try this brand . It is very lightweight and gives decent coverage. I have heavy dark circles under my eyes and it does help with those. Quick and easy to apply makes my hectic mornings a little less rushed.

The Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation color that may suit you best is Fair Enough, if your skin has a warmer/yellow under tone.

Do you have plans to expand your foundation color range in the near future? While I'm interested in trying trying your product the shade "Fair Enough" is still too dark for me by a good bit (and I'm a neutral rather than cool), and I'm certain you have customers for whom your current range is much too light as well...
