Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

The color options are ridiculous. I have super fair skin, so I purchased the lightest color they had and it looked horrible. This product had such great reviews on youtube, so I thought I would give it a try. I didn't realize it has more of a powdery finish. Needless to say, I wanted to love it, but it does not look good on my dry skin, especially after wearing just for a few short hours. Thankfully I was allowed to return this product.

Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

This foundation has amazing coverage, but it is so matte and so drying that it's hard to keep on all day. It is a liquid to powder formula so forget about layering it. The best way to apply this foundation is with a wet but not too wet (not damp) beauty blender/sponge. It is also a very heavy foundation, so keep that in mind if you have dry skin. Lastly, the foundation shades SUCK!

Like many people, there needs to be more color choices. I have very oily skin and hoped this foundation would keep oiliness at bay. It worked ok at first. A few hours later my skin was oily and not even a mattifyer helped. I love Soap and Glory's bath and body line. I guess not every product in a line can be perfect. I like Lancomes foundation sticks even though they're pricey. Plus, they have many choices.

Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

This is the second time I've bought this product. I usually buy both high end and drugstore foundations. I have oily/combo skin and this stuff is great. I wore it all last summer for a internship that was outside in the Texas heat. It held up really well. My only issue is something I have a problem with most foundations and it doesn't stick to my nose, but I will put some concealer with it to help. I recently tried it with the soap and glory primer and it works even better. I wish they had a larger color selection though. Overall, I've bought it twice and loving it still.

Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

I absolutely love this foundation! It's definitely matte. What worked for me to help blend out was to use a flat top brush, I noticed with a beauty blender it made it look patchy. The only problem I have is that they only have 3 or 4 shades. Other than that I have already repurchased this foundation!

Do you have plans to expand your foundation color range in the near future? While I'm interested in trying trying your product the shade "Fair Enough" is still too dark for me by a good bit (and I'm a neutral rather than cool), and I'm certain you have customers for whom your current range is much too light as well...
