It's a bit wanky.... I would rather have bought a higher end foundation or an elf one instead of this its just weird I hope they change the formula for it soon.

Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

Great if you have olive toned skin like me! I love that it is very yellowy, which I can never find affordable foundation to match my skin. I love that it lasts pretty long even though my skin is soooo oily. I love the coverage it gives without looking caked. Oh my gosh and the lasting, do you know how hard it is for oily skin to have long lasting coverage? I saw a reviewer write that it was hard to apply and then say she said she had dry skin. Girl that aint the brand's fault, like you got matte foundation for dry skin so try again! This is totally easy to apply with a beauty blender or if you are in a rush, wash your hands and just spread it like lotion, then pat it with the blender. I love how even and matte the finish is. It is super easy to layer and my liquid illuminator doesn't move the bottom layer when applying it to my cheek bones. I am going to look at their other products!

Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

Product dried too fast on face. Could not blend product properly beacuse of fast drying time. Left lots of uneven spots on face. Settled into pores when dry. Very very yellow . Not the best product for dry skin types. Had lots hopes for this one but, Soap and Glory did not deliver. This product needs to back to the drawing board. Does not live up to many of the other Soap and Glory products.

      not worth it

      By Grace

      from Ohio

Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

I was excited to try the product seeing they had a shade light enough for me only to find it oxidized like crazy and I turned orange. it also set to look cakey and bring out the texture in my skin and I could not apply powder over certain parts especially my highlight. I wish I could include pictures to show just how bad this looks

Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

It has a very matte finish so it's nice for oily skin, especially when used in combination with the primer. However, you have to work quickly because it dries fast. It can be hard to blend if not used quickly. I prefer it with a brush instead of a beauty blender, especially if adding a cream product on top. I probably wouldn't recommend putting a cream product on top of it since foundation dries to a powder. A lot of product goes a long way, though so I do like the product! Great for oily skin like mine!

Comments about Soap & Glory One Heck of a Blot Foundation:

It dries very quickly. But when you apply it light it is great coverage. Once the first layer dries, you can apply another coat. I love this stuff. I used to spend a lot of money on the tarte Amazonian clay, but after using this I will never turn back. I recommend a great moisturizer (day/night) or some sort of oil to keep this from drying out your skin. I work 14 hours a day and this stuff NEVER comes off.

Soap & Glory's One Heck of a Blot Foundation in Cool Sand will be the closest match to MAC NC35 (depending on which formula). Please visit your nearest Ulta store to ensure the perfect match!
