Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Moisturizer:

I have been struggling with finding a moisturizer that fits my skin for the longest time. I have recently gotten more acne prone and my skin has gotten more oily since I have gotten older but is sensitive and prone to dryness. This moisturizer has worked miraculously! It gives my skin just the right amount of moisture without leaving it greasy. It has also managed to help control my acne and reduce my pore size. I wouldn't recommend to those who have skin on the drier side. It's a very lightweight formula and may not moisturize quite as deeply.

Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Moisturizer:

Ok. This product is just confusing me. First of all, I'm not dure if I hate or am okay with the smell. Whatever it is that's weird. But when I put this stuff on my face, my face gets all RED and hot. Even when i minimalized it to once a day. Mostly helps with acne, not really with my blackheads though. Makes your skin feel real not nice. Not that good at moisturizing either. Would probably recommend though because all skin is different and such

I've always had pretty serious acne but the prescription stuff was too harsh on my skin. This stuff is perfect for me but I could see how it would dry out someone's skin who is less oily.

I have oily skin. Product is too lightweight and does not properly moisturize. Terrible fruit smell. Everything from this line is a miss for me.

Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Moisturizer:

i bought this moisturizer maybe a month ago and have decided to abandon it. the first time i went to put it on my face all i could think about was how abosultely horrible this stuff smells.. my dad even commented on it and said it smelled like dirty socks. I found it kind of smelled like grapefruit kitchen cleaner.. maybe worse. Also, this is very light and i found myself needing to reapply after 10 minutes every day or two which is not what i was looking for in a moisturizer. lastly.. this didnt give me any small pimples or anything, but i have cystic acne which i have gotten very under control and i noticed that ever since ive been using this, whiteheads (maybe about 7 on my chin) have begun to grow under my skin which i know will eventually become cystic flare ups (i had none when i started to use it). I had high hopes for this moisturizer. At least it wasnt too expensive.

Comments about Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Moisturizer:

When I ran out of my expensive cream I decided to try this. I've slowly fallen in love! It is not a miracle product, I did not see results over night. Instead I've used it daily mixing it in a half-half ratio with my foundation and now about a month later my complexion is so even. Sometimes I don't even wear makeup at all! My pores have shrunk significsntly, and when I do get acne it goes away faster and does not get as severe. I love mixing it with my foundation because it does not affect the longevity of my foundation but cuts the coverage just slightly so my freckles still show through (I love freckles). I do prefer a more heavy cream for nighttime, but as a daily daytime moisturizer this has become my go-to!

                My skin is:
                Oily
Acne Prone (I have a hormonal condition and my acne can be extremely severe)
