Living Proof No Frizz Shampoo is a silicone-free rich lather shampoo for frizz-prone hair that when used as part of the No Frizz System* helps hair stay smooth and frizz-free. Powered by Living Proof's patented Healthy Hair Molecule (OFPMA), the No Frizz System:
  • Weightlessly blocks humidity
  • Smoothes hair texture so strands are polished and frictionless
  • Nourishes and conditions, leaving hair feeling moisturized

No Frizz Shampoo is ideal for all frizz-prone hair types. It is sulfate-free and silicone-free. Safe and formulated for color and chemically treated hair.

When used together, the No Frizz System* keeps frizz at bay and hair stays soft and smooth even on the days you don't wash and style.

Living Proof's patented Healthy Hair Molecule (OFPMA), is proven to be 70% more effective at blocking humidity than the most widely used anti-frizz technology that is based on silicone. OFPMA:
  • Creates a weightless invisible shield that wraps around each strand - blocks humidity and smoothes each strand
  • Is weightless, so hair is polished without feeling heavy or greasy
  • No Frizz weightlessly blocks humidity so hair is frizz-free, soft and smooth, without feeling heavy or greasy

*The No Frizz System consists of the No Frizz Shampoo, Conditioner and Nourishing Styling Cream
Apply No Frizz Shampoo to wet hair. Massage into a rich lather, focusing on roots. Rinse. Follow with No Frizz Conditioner.

Comments about Living Proof No Frizz Shampoo:

I was so excited about trying this product as I have frizzy, wavy hair that only gets worse in the summer months. After my first week of using it, I noticed that even when using the conditioner, my hair felt extremely dry and almost damaged. My hair was more flat than I have ever experienced, and I just resorted to putting my hair up in a bun every day because my hair looked fried even though I never use heat products. After giving up on the product altogether, I decided to give it to my mom who has much curlier and frizzier hair than me because I thought that maybe it would work better on someone who had that type of hair..and I was wrong. She also complained that her hair felt abnormally dry and damaged and gave up on it after one time of using it. I would not recommend this expensive product if you are looking for a huge positive change in your hair's appearance, as it only made ours look and feel much worse. I have now switched back to my old shampoo and conditioner combo.

This shampoo/conditioner is like any other, but it definitely did nothing to help my frizz. I have wavy hair and the top layer gets extremely frizzy, especially when I air dry it and I was hoping this would help. Unfortunately, I saw no changes.

The shampoo and conditioner were over $50 I thought I would try it and see if it worked really well then it would be worth spending that much money for shampoo and conditioner but it didn't do anything different that at $5 bottle of shampoo does. Not worth the money!

I have fine curly color treated hair and I am 44. I used the Living Proof full but my hair tended to frizz. I used the Perfect hair day and it did a little better but still noticing some frizz. Currently I use an Aveda style prep and Redken mousse. Any other suggestions as to what I should use. Is there a better shampoo conditioner cream combo I should try that may tame my frizz better? I do like this brand.

I am 52 years old and have some gray, but not a lot. My hair is naturally ash blonde and I get foil highlights every 2-3 months. My hair is very fine and pretty thin, but overall in good condition. It is straight on top, but the sides and underneath are quite wavy and prone to frizz from humidity, blow drying and increasing graying. I've been using LP volumizing shampoo/conditioner and like it, but am considering switching to either frizz control or timeless products for smoothness and shine, but don't want to give up fullness. It's hard to know what products to use because my hair is inbetween textures. What do you recommend? Thanks.

Our No Frizz line helps eliminate frizz and block humidity and our Full Line provides natural fullness and body. I think you might really like the Timeless line, but you can combine franchises as well. For example using our Full shampoo with our No Frizz conditioner might be the perfect combination for you!

I am 34 with a lot of gray hair so I color it often. It is super thin and breakage happens because I straight iron it to tame the frizz/fly aways. I want softness but thicker hair with body and no frizz. It is so expensive and I don't know whether to use the frizz one, full, restore, timeless... or a mixture of styling creams/leave in treatments or pre-treatment along with which shampoo and conditioner. Help me choose please.

Yes, one of the key actions of this shampoo is to smooth hair texture so strands are polished and frictionless. We recommend using in conjunction with No Frizz Leave-In Conditioner (Item #: 2233434) and/or No Frizz Nourishing Styling Cream (Item #: 2247774) for maximum detangling benefits.
