Comments about Perricone MD No Foundation Foundation Serum:

This product worked well the first week I used it. After a few days, the foundation started to seperate in the bottle. Shaking didn't really help, plus it just got irritating. A layer of a clear, oily liquid sat on top and was difficult to mix into the pigment. I was disappointed I spent so much money on something I could use only a few times.

Comments about Perricone MD No Foundation Foundation Serum:

I'm 30 and have pretty sensitive skin. I don't like wearing much makeup, especially anything heavy. I've never even wore liquid foundation; I normally only use pressed powder. A couple years ago I started using bareminerals tinted primer and I loved it because it was light and had a smooth feeling to it. But I don't know if the ingredients changed or my skin is changing but lately it seems to be leaving me a bit shiny and if I blot my face I can see the actual tint coming off so I started to look for something different. Both this serum and the actual foundation had really good reviews so I decided to check them out in the store. The foundation is a bit heavier and looks like it would have more coverage. I believe it came in more than one shade while the serum comes in one shade only. Also, I noticed immediately that the foundation leaves more of a dewy finish. As soon as I tried the serum I knew it was perfect for me. It's lightweight and has more of a matte finish. It's definitely a bit pricey...!!! But you use such a small amount that it seems like it's going to last me a really long time. So far I've been using it for a week and love it. It has not irritated my sensitive skin and doesn't cause any shine!

Comments about Perricone MD No Foundation Foundation Serum:

I read all the reviews first. Went the store and realized how different this product was. I was so sick of heavy foundations. I didn't like how it felt or looked. I wanted something that evened out my skin and gave me a healthy glow. I also wanted a product that helped my skin not just covered it. I tried this on and at first it looked like nothing but it actually made my skin look better the longer it was on. Love. I am almost sad to say because it is way out of my price range, but I am hooked.

        Best thing I've ever used!

Comments about Perricone MD No Foundation Foundation Serum:

I'm in my 40's. I don't have a lot of wrinkles, but I do get creapy under my eyes when I wear makeup. I've tried EVERYTHING under the sun. I do, however, have melasma pretty bad. I don't have sun spots, I have patches, dark ones! This covers everything! I MEAN EVERYTHING! I follow the directions, then, with a dry beauty blender go in and touch up my sun spots/patches. It is FLAWLESS! I use this under my eyes and NO creapyness at all! no setting powder needed, which is good for aging skin. Lasts all day! Will be buying again for sure!

Comments about Perricone MD No Foundation Foundation Serum:

I've been using this daily for about a week now and like it more each day. I like a more dewy look so I've started mixing in just a touch of liquid illuminater to get the desired effect. Currently (as a test) I am not setting it with any powder and it still lasts all day. I consider my skin "normal" but in the summer I can get a little oil in the T-Zone so if that starts to happen I will set that area with MFU HD powder.

                    Hello,

Yes, this product can be mixed with a lightweight lotion, or with Perricone MD's No Highlighter Highlighter to create a lighter shade or consistency. Using a heavier cream will disrupt the formulation.

                  does this product clog pores?

No Foundation Foundation Serum is offered in one universal, buildable shade with a semi-matte finish. We suggest testing this product in person to ensure the shade is compatible with your skin tone. It features a lightweight consistency suitable for all skin types and particularly well suited to oily skin. Perricone MD does not make any claims regarding how long the product should last, as this varies by individual. It is a 1 oz bottle.

                    A:

The No Foundation Foundation delivers a luminous sheer coverage and imparts a dewy, glowing complexion, whereas the No Foundaton Foundation Serum offers a radiant, semi-matte finish that allows for buildable coverage to camouflage more visible imperfections. We recommend choosing one or the other based on your preference.
