Comments about Butter London Nail Lacquer:

I bought Butter London because it is a healthier option than most. $15 a bottle makes it on the pricey side. It is as long lasting as most other commercial polish, not better, not worse. This color - Doily - is a nude color with glitters in different shapes and sizes. I found this color perfect because 1) nude color is classy, 2) I like glitter and this is a subtle glitter not a crazy high school girls' glitter, and 3) nude + glitter combo makes it way less noticeable when chips happen. I will buy it again when I finsh this bottle, even when it is not cheap.

Comments about Butter London Nail Lacquer:

Really wanted 5 of 7 FREE of toxic chemicals due to severe health issues. I only get shellac at salons with LED for special events. Tried Essie which was ok. Bought the torquoise blue, base and gel top coat and quick dry oil. Easy to apply but takes forever to dry even with the oil. Make sure to cover your tips. Got 4 days before it started chipping. Finally removed on the 8th day. I do avoid water and wear gloves cleaning sink and loading dishwasher.
I used a natural organic oil based remover which took a bit of work but did the trick without Acetone! Will try other 5-7 frees but it's a good product. Kind of pricey so catch on sale.

Comments about Butter London Nail Lacquer:

The little bits of white lines and circles turned into a pretty layer over other colors, sort of snow flake-like or even like lace, but I personally found the white bits distracting and took the polish off after a few days. Yes, I am more of a classic dresser and so YMMV. Wil I wear it again? Sure, but it won't be in my regular rotation. One positive note: Butter London polishes stay ON my nails, which is something of a miracle in itself. I LOVE this brand!
