I get so many compliments on my skin when I use this foundation! It's lightweight compared to many foundations and blends well into my moistureizer. I have oily skin and this feels like nothing on, does not make me break out either. I wish I had purchased more when this was on sale!

I shopped a long time after a previous foundation I was using was discontinued. A nice employee in Ulta introduced me to Hope In a Jar #6 and the blush. I love them both. I hope it will not be discontinued. I wear it all the time.

Comments about Philosophy Miracle Worker Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 30:

I've been looking for a good foundation, after trying several name brands, I finally found the ONE! I have developed Melasma now that I'm in my late forties and I am under treatment for that, so I needed something that was gentle on my skin. This foundation did not irritate it and a major plus, is that it has broad spectrum SPF 30, which is one less thing I have to apply on my skin everyday. I love that it does not look cakey, it is light and goes on really smooth. I will be buying this for a long time :)

This foundation goes on beautifully and lasts all day. I would recommend applying it with a beauty blender rather than a brush. It works especially well after applying the J. One Jelly Pack, which acts as a moisturizer and "gripper."

                  • Q:

Another person asked this same question and I don't think it was really answered, because here I am asking it again. Compared to the Hope foundation, what's the difference between this one and Hope? Are they equally dewy? Does Hope have more coverage? I'm going through foundation like toilet paper and because I love my Philosophy skin care so much I'm figuring that I might as well just use the foundation as well. Will this one cover dark circles, or is that something the Hope foundation might do better? I swatched the Renewed Hope Skin Tint and liked the feel, but I'm looking for a little more coverage AND I don't want to be completely matte. So, sheen-wise is this comparable to Hope? And which has more coverage? Are they equally good at not settling into fine lines?
                    Thank you :)

                      A:

The Miracle Worker Foundation with SPF 30 provides a light, weight-less all day coverage that does not settle into fine lines, while providing benefits of fighting the signs of aging, even when it's removed. If the signs of aging is not a concern at the this time, Hope in a Jar Foundation may be the better choice for you as it provides similar qualities but addresses more of the target concerns.

We would recommend our new Take A Deep Breath Cushion Foundation. It's light-as-air liquid makeup that helps skin recover from the signs of a busy life that can age skin, as it evens tone and smoothes texture with a breathable, weightless finish. The innovative cushion delivery system and mesh filter provide a fine layer of perfecting color that instantly locks in hydration and blends and builds beautifully, for sheer to full coverage. It comes with its own sponge for flawless application.
