Our PRO Cream Eyeliner is an all-in-one, easy-to-use eyeliner, that is long-wearing, highly-pigmented, and infused with Vitamins E and C. It is perfect for on-the-go since it is a custom PRO brush built in the cap. You can remove the liner brush handle from the top of the cap and snap the bottom of the brush handle into the cap for a longer handle applicator. This cream eyeliner can also be smudged and used as a shadow.
