Comments about Neutrogena Light Therapy Acne Mask:

I've used this about 20 times now, and I also have a refill to use. Very mixed feelings about this product. The science behind it is proven, but I am unsure if the results from a home treatment like this which isn't a certified light system like what you find at a derm's office is really going to produce results, or if it's the luck of the draw. I have noticed that I have less deep set acne during the week following multiple days of treatment, but that could be due to many factors. Essentially, I feel that a true acne and skincare regimen is much more important that dropping $$ on this sort of treatment. It's pricy, and you can't be really certain if it's working unless you use it consistently for two months.

Comments about Neutrogena Light Therapy Acne Mask:

This stuff is amazing. I have never written a review in my life so if I am then it speaks volumes about the product. In 10days my face had started clearing up. It does dry the face slightly so moisturiser will be your best friend after. My only wish is if it also targetted the acne which occurs below my chin area as the mask doesn't extend till there. Irrespective of that this tool is amazing. I have not experienced any purging as I believe this isn't like one of those topical acne cream, it simply kills the bacteria end of story there is no purging stage.

I bought the item because I saw it in every magazine I have ever read so I asked a few beauty lovers about product and only bad thing anyone had to say was after so many uses you have to buy another "battery pack". So I bought and I love. I'm working to add it in my weekly skin regime. Plus it did help it was part of the 5x's points

Comments about Neutrogena Light Therapy Acne Mask:

My acne had never been bad until I was an adult and let's face it adult acne is so embarrassing. Fed up, I was willing to give anything a go. This mask is super easy to use—you literally just have to hang out for 10 minutes. It makes your skin slightly dry but nothing a good moisturizer can't fix!

My biggest issue was that my acne trouble areas are the sides of my face and the bridge of my nose. The light mask only has lights that penetrate your chin, cheeks and forehead. Because of this it didn't quite reach the acne near my temples.

The other thing is most of my acne is nodular. It never actually surfaces, just feels like a big knot under the skin. While the mask didn't stop these breakouts, it did reduce the size and their life span. Other acne like whiteheads were quickly eliminated and appear smaller.

Comments about Neutrogena Light Therapy Acne Mask:

I'm 22, have struggled with moderate to severe acne since like 6th grade. My skin is combo in that it gets oily but also dries out like crazy around acne spots. I've been using this mask for about 6 months and it has eliminated most of my acne; i have about 30% of what I use to. Not only does it help prevent the number of pimples I get, but it makes them go away faster and fades scars. It was not drying at all either. I would recommend listening to music with your eyes shut while having it on, it is bright. But it's 100% worth it and has been a complete game changer in my life. Seriously, I never review stuff. This is worth every penny.
