Comments about Lumene Lahde Micellar Cleansing Water:

While doing some online shopping for my grandmother, I passed the lumene brand through browsing. Usually I don't try random products as the tend to irritate my skin but I ran out of micellar water and decided to give it a try since there was a promotion. Its been 2 weeks since I've been using it twice a day and I am very impressed with the results, as a toner and post makeup wipe clean it leaves my skin fresh and clean. My acne has also had some improvement, as a tip before you sleep pour some on clean hands and just rub lightly allover your face before bedtime with no moisturizer, when you wake up you can feel and see the difference.

Comments about Lumene Lahde Micellar Cleansing Water:

I use this as step one to double cleanse thoroughly at night, especially if I was wearing makeup, and sometimes in the morning. It really gets everything out of pores! I keep going until I see nothing on the cotton pad, and I'll go trough 6-8 pads usually with my super oily skin. I do my neck, too. It contains no alcohol or coco-disodium sulfate which can break down skin over time (I checked Beautypedia). The only two cons are that the bottle is small (only 8.5 ounces, whereas with a lot of micellar waters, the bottle is 13.5 ounces or so) and that it does feel drying. A spritz of Evian mineral water immediately afterward fixes that, though. I then follow with a few spritzes of toner, and then my water gel moisturizer, and I'm good to go. This micellar water dissolves even waterproof eye makeup, with no eye irritation. Plus, it's very inexpensive. I've been using it for about four days, and I really like it so far. I plan to get two more bottles next time I'm at Ulta, because I love micellar waters and I go through a lot of them pretty quickly. I wouldn't recommend it to people with dry or sensitive skin though, because as I said, it's kind of drying even for my oily face.

Comments about Lumene Lahde Micellar Cleansing Water:

I have super sensitive skin, so I'm always worried about trying new products. I took a shot with this and I made sure to test it out on a small part of my face and not a single reaction! Love this for my sensitive skin.

Comments about Lumene Lahde Micellar Cleansing Water:

This is great to remove all the impurities from your face. I use this after I wash my face to make sure there's no more dirt or makeup on my face! The only thing is that it's not the most gentle. Also it burns my eyes so I don't use this around the eye area.

Comments about Lumene Lahde Micellar Cleansing Water:

I use this nightly to remove my makeup. It is amazing among micellar waters! Non-irritating because it has no fragrance and no "bad" alcohols -- for example, no denatured alcohol -- which sets it apart from other micellar products where alcohol is one of the main ingredients. Leaves no residue. And it makes my skin glow!! I've tried brands that cost 3x more than this and don't come close to being as good. The only drawback is that a lot of product comes out of the bottle if you squeeze normally, so use a light hand. I have repurchased this once and will again.

Comments about Lumene Lahde Micellar Cleansing Water:

I have combination, oily, acne-prone skin and so far my acne has responded positively to this product. I have been using this product as a cleanser substitute in the morning to reduce the amount of beneficial oils stripped from my skin from a normal cleanser. My skin hydration has improved drastically and is less irritated; however, I would not recommend using this as a cleanser replacement if you wear a heavy amount of makeup, as it will not remove it well. Also it suggests skipping toner and moisturiser, which I would not recommend either. I love that they do not add fragrance to this product, which can be very irritating and aggravate acne.
I would recommend this product as an addition to your skincare routine in the morning, but not as a cleanser or toner replacement.
