Comments about Dermadoctor KP Duty Dermatologist Formulated Body Scrub with Chemical + Physical Exfoliation:

I am in love with this product. I use it religiously before shaving. I can use it right before shaving without irritation. It professionally removes dead skin cells and prevents razor burn for me. I use it on my arms too for super smoothing (I have those bumps).

Comments about Dermadoctor KP Duty Dermatologist Formulated Body Scrub with Chemical + Physical Exfoliation:

I have normal to dry skin with no skin issues. This product works if you actually SCRUB on your dry skin. Shower and get a smooth shave without shaving cream or foam. Of course use soap where you must, but never again on your arms, legs, body or back. Three years since I started using it and my body is smoother, never flakes and never dried from needing to use soap or cleansers. I swear but it.

**NOT FOR USE ON FACE** FYI this is not supposed to be used on your face so if you do purchase it for that reason the label clearly states this.

I use this 2x a week on my frown lines and right on the apples of my cheeks where pores are HUGE and on my sun damaged chest. I'm 36 and just the past year I started to visibly age. I put just a dab on the brow frown lines and apples and chest then scrub scrub scrub quickly to avoid any real irritation. I wash it of immediately with a wash cloth careful not to get it in my eyes. SERIOUSLY in just one use with stem cellular moisturizer and eye serum I can see a huge difference. I'm sure this would be great to take off fake tan too. I have very sensitive skin that is dry and oily in the T zone (combo skin) the first time I used it on my chest it did feel a little sunburned that night but not real bad. This stuff is amazing!

Comments about Dermadoctor KP Duty Dermatologist Formulated Body Scrub with Chemical + Physical Exfoliation:

I can't even express how happy I am to have found a product for my KP. I've been very self conscious about it for my entire life, and I think about it every time I put on shorts/dresses/skirts (I have it on my thighs). After ONE time of using the scrub, it felt so much smoother, almost like how my normal skin feels. I can tell that this is really going to make a difference, and I am very grateful that I found this scrub!

Love this product! Been using 4 days and it has made a huge difference in body acne and scars already. I use the Healthy Skin face toner, which works in a similar fashion, so I figured I'd give this a try. Unclogging all those hair follicles and fading scars fast. Non-drying and super smooth.

Comments about Dermadoctor KP Duty Dermatologist Formulated Body Scrub with Chemical + Physical Exfoliation:

I have used this to help smooth the chicken skin bumps (keratosis pilaris) on my arms and bum. It works about as well as any other body scrub without leaving a greasy residue, but it's expensive. I've found the best thing to get rid of the bumps is Amlactin alpha hydroxy therapy body lotion (green label).

KP Duty Body Scrub is recommended for use only on the body. For the face, we have Physical Chemistry Microdermabrasion + Multiacid Peel (scrub) or the Kakadu C Peel Pads that can't help with melasma.

KP Scrub will help even out the texture on your back and will help your vitamin C products penetrate deeper, but the product itself doesn't have any hyperpigmentation-lightening ingredients.

This scrub is meant to be applied with fingers to dry skin and contains physical and chemical exfoliants. You might over exfoliate and sensitize your skin using it with a microdermabrasion machine.

KP Duty scrub is meant to resurface the skin, improve texture and enhance absorption of body products. You will need to follow up with a retinol cream or vitamin C serum to lighten spots.

                • Q:

If the KP Duty scrub is used in the shower, should it be applied before or after body wash? Seems like it should be after so that you don't wash off all of the acids, but the instructions say to use on dry skin. Also, if the product doesn't contain plastic microbeads, what is the physical exfoliant (scrubber)? Thanks!

                    A:

KP Duty Scrub should technically be applied before you turn the water on in the shower as the water will neutralize the chemical exfoliants in the scrub. The actual particles are eco-friendly and compliant with current regulations.

                    A:

This scrub will help resurface uneven texture and clear out pores to help prevent future acne. I would recommend using the scrub with an acne-specific product that you apply and leave on the skin to treat existing bumps.
