I apply it on my face and back of arms. I'm a 50yr old woman who has bad skin. Thought these irritating bumps would never diminish. Tried almost everything to no avail. In a few days seen a remarkable difference.

Comments about Dermadoctor KP Duty Dermatologist Formulated AHA Moisturizing Therapy For Dry Skin:

I've been using this for seven months twice daily on my elbows and bottom for KP. My bottom has shown significant improvement , my elbows however haven't seen a darn thing except for long sleeves. I'm about to finish off the second tube any day now because its pricey...but I will switch to Amlactin or Dermarest or something cheaper for KP. From the extensive research I've done on formulation treatments for KP I've concluded that I don't have to spend 70 dollars on 8oz of product to get results. We shall see.

I use this cream after exfoliating with the KP Dermatologist Body Scrub, and every morning after showering. It helps keep the keratitis pilaris under control in between my twice weekly exfoliation. Wonderful, fragrance free, not greasy, and long-lasting product. My skin has never felt this smooth.

can this be used on face?

                A:

KP Duty is formulated for the body, not the face. To treat facial KP, we would suggest the Wrinkle Revenge Cleanser (Item #: 2295099) since it is a glycolic-based cleanser, as well as the Physical Chemistry (Item #: 2161566) several times a week. It is similar in formulation to the KP Duty body scrub but with much smaller scrub particles safer for use on sensitive facial skin. These should help keep pores and follicles clear, minimizing KP reoccurrences. We hope this helps!

How long until you see some results ?

              • Staff Expert

                A:

DermaDoctor generally suggests that you use both KP Duty Body Scrub and KP Duty Moisturizing Therapy in conjunction and as directed. If you are doing that, you should typically start to see results in 4 to 6 weeks.
