Comments about Shiseido Ibuki Softening Concentrate:

I am more a budget buyer. But, when I try something that works and I love it, then I will pay more and buy that item. This Shiseido softening concentrate is the best skin care product I have ever used.

I use the softening lotion after using the gentle cleanser and the prunes balancing softener alcohol free lotion almost everyday.

Comments about Shiseido Ibuki Softening Concentrate:

I changed nothing about my fairly basic dry-skin routine (cream cleanser, serum, face cream) except adding this product after my cleanser. My skin is so smooth I can't believe it! My first try I used too much and it was very sticky. I now use a tiny pump so it makes a dime sized amount, if that much. The smell is very strong but if you use a tiny amount, it is very pleasant. The consistency is a liquidy gel, and spreads nicely. It is sticky until dry, and can take a minute to dry so don't rush. But this small extra step has made my skin smooth and moisturized exactly how I wanted, and my skin has never felt this good. 2 weeks in I can also see small expression lines being plumped and diminished too. Highly recommend.
