Comments about Philosophy Hope in a Jar:

I put this product on the night before and when I woke up to put on makeup, my skin was peeling. I stroked very lightly acrossed my face and there was rolled up pieces of dried skin. My skin is sensitive but I had no idea it could get so irritated. The product consistency was very watery as well. I got it as a Christmas present and I was very happy to try it out, but it left my skin red and dry.

      It's great, but it smells

      By Melissa

Comments about Philosophy Hope in a Jar:

I love philosophy products. This moisturizer is great. It has a whipped texture and it feels light on my skin.
But the smell is horrible. Also, some of the product dried on the inside of the lid ??

Comments about Philosophy Hope in a Jar:

Love this product! I have been using it for years. When I switched from Clinique products to Philosophy my mom actually asked me one day if I was using something different on my face because my skin looked so great! That was confirmation for me, plus I love the way it makes my skin feel.

Comments about Philosophy Hope in a Jar:

I'm 35 years old with combination skin that's on the dry side (especially in the winter). I am a beauty junkie and I love trying new skin care products! I had heard so much about this face cream that I had to give it a try.
It definitely feels great on your skin. It's a lightweight formula so a little goes a long way. I like the feel of it and it definitely makes my skin look and feel soft and glowy. However, the smell is HORRIBLE!
It's like a vegetal sulphiric smell. I thought I could get over it at first as I put it on before bed, but even my husband walked in the bathroom and said "what is that smell?!"
Needless to say, I won't be purchasing any more of this product due to that fact alone. And I'm not even very sensitive to smell. It's really bad.

Comments about Philosophy Hope in a Jar:

Leaves your skin feeling soft, supple, and slightly rosey.

After hours of wear, skin still feels soft & moisturized, and not greasy - which was always a problem I had with previous moisturizers.
