Comments about Philosophy Hope In A Jar Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 20:

I'm a 7 in this shade and was matched in store. I have easily tanned skin with pink undertones. I use PUR pressed powder and Bare Minerals Tinted Mineral Veil to cover spots and even out my skin, but when I need more coverage I used Bare Minerals powder or Almay Smartshade.
        It doesn't look good :(
I've repeatedly gone into Ulta over the years to be matched for foundation for more coverage and it never ends well! Mostly with me leaving the store frustrated and empty handed an hour later. When BM came out with their liquid foundation I was JAZZED, but after trying every shade on my end of the spectrum I couldn't be matched. Even the their powder I was told to mix it with the Warmth to get my right shade.

So, I was mega skeptical when I was matched for Philosophy's liquid foundation because they only had 7 shades. But this stuff blended so smoothing and basically disappeared into my skin because it looked so natural! The lady used their brush tip Hope Everywhere concealer in 6.5 to cover some of my 'friends' on my face (prone to monthly hormonal breakouts) and I felt flawless :) I also feel like I"m doing my skin a service by putting makeup on skin it's also nourishing my skin with Philosophy's usual skin benefits! When I have time, this is my daily go to!

I love that it I can use it for light or full coverage. Some days I want to completely cover my freckles and this easily does it without looking caked on but I can also use it lightly for a more makeup free look also.

I simply whisk this on via sponge for minimum summer coverage. It also layers well on skin imperfections. Love the sunscreen - it protects without feeling heavy at all. All that AND it stays put. I wear it through heavy physical workouts, with no problem breakouts...A+!!!
